Summary: By using our services, you agree to these terms. Our advisory sessions are professional support services — not therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. Payment is required before sessions. You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

1. About These Terms

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of potentialimagination.org and all services offered by Potential Imagination, operated by Cristian Jofre Barrera ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

 

2.1 Individual Advisory Sessions

We offer one-on-one career advisory sessions grounded in psychology and organizational learning. Sessions are delivered via video call (Google Meet or Zoom) and are not a form of psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, or medical treatment.

2.2 Life in Progress Newsletter

A free weekly newsletter delivered via Substack containing insights on career development, organizational learning, and professional growth. Subscription is voluntary and free. You may unsubscribe at any time.

2.3 Downloadable Resources

Digital products available through Lemon Squeezy, including free and paid workbooks, guides, and templates. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.

2.4 Life Project Sessions

No-cost advisory sessions available by application to individuals for whom the standard session fee represents a genuine financial barrier. Availability is limited to 20 spots per cohort. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All paid sessions are booked through TidyCal and payment is processed through Stripe

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to modify prices with reasonable notice

  • All applicable taxes are handled automatically by our payment processor

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Session Conduct

  • Sessions are confidential. We will not disclose session content to third parties without your consent, except where required by law

  • Sessions are conducted in English, Spanish, or Portuguese as agreed at booking

  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection for video sessions

  • Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from both parties

  • We reserve the right to terminate a session if conduct is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on potentialimagination.org — including blog posts, newsletter issues, downloadable resources, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of Potential Imagination and Cristian Jofre Barrera.

  • You may share links to our content with attribution

  • You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without written permission

  • Downloadable resources purchased are for personal use only — not for resale or redistribution

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Our services are provided for informational and developmental purposes only. We are not liable for:

  • Career decisions made based on advisory session content

  • Outcomes of applying information from our newsletter or blog

  • Technical failures of third-party platforms (Substack, TidyCal, Stripe, etc.)

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by international service standards and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. For Canadian users, Canadian law applies. For Brazilian users, Brazilian law (LGPD) applies. For EU users, GDPR applies.

9. Changes to These Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
