Cancellation & Refund Policy

Summary: Cancel 24+ hours before your session for a full refund. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. The Development Package refund is available before Session 1. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

1. Clarity Session — Single Session ($110 CAD)

  • Full refund: Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time

  • No refund: Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session

  • No refund: No-show without prior notice

  • Full refund: If we cancel or reschedule on our end with less than 24 hours notice

To cancel, use the link in your TidyCal confirmation email. You do not need to contact us separately.

2. Development Package — 3 Sessions ($279.99 CAD)

  • Full refund: Cancellation before Session 1 takes place, with 24+ hours notice

  • No refund: After Session 1 has been completed

  • Partial sessions: If you complete Session 1 and cannot continue, we will consider partial refund requests on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@potentialimagination.org

  • Expiry: Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after 90 days are forfeited without refund

3. Upgrade from Clarity Session to Development Package

 

If you have completed a Clarity Session ($110 CAD) and wish to upgrade to the Development Package, the $110 CAD is deducted from the package price — you pay only $169.99 CAD for the remaining sessions.

To apply this deduction, contact us at info@potentialimagination.org before booking the package.

4. Life Project Sessions (No-Cost)

 

Life Project Sessions are no-cost and therefore no financial refund applies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at info@potentialimagination.org so the spot can be offered to another applicant.

Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the Life Project Session program.

5. Downloadable Resources (Lemon Squeezy)

  • Free resources: No purchase, no refund applicable

  • Paid resources: All digital product sales are final once the download has been accessed

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access a purchased download due to a technical error on our end, contact info@potentialimagination.org within 7 days for a full refund or replacement

6. Newsletter Subscription

 

The Life in Progress newsletter is free. There are no charges associated with subscribing or unsubscribing. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter issue.

7. How to Request a Refund

 

For refund requests not handled automatically through TidyCal:

  • Email info@potentialimagination.org

  • Include your name, booking date, and reason for the request

  • We will respond within 3 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days

8. Currency and Taxes

 

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment. Applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy (for digital products) and Stripe (for sessions) and may or may not be included in refunded amounts depending on your jurisdiction.
